The process was well-organized. I first had a phone screen interview , then I got invitation to the second round which consisted of a video interview and a group case study using Miro whiteboard.

Tell me about the time when you had to face an ethical dilemma.
Position specific questions to check your technical/analytical knowledge and experience related questions.
AI interview for the first round that was behavioral but pretty specific and not a fun experience. Think we all prefer speaking to a real person. Decently hard to come up with examples in the moment as they were not prototypical behavioral questions.
I got the first round interview which is a online assessment, have 6 behavioral questions and 2 game question.
EG. Why do you want to work for National Grid? What interests you in the Graduate Development Program?
Tell me about a time you had to change your course of action while working on an assignment.
Tell me about a time when you set difficult goals for a project and the steps you took to achieve these goals.

Colloquio
Started with an initial application then got sent a few skills assessments and had to complete a pre recorded interview. After passing those you get invited for a final interview to decide offers.
