Competency based questions, interviewers were inexperienced themselves but it seems a foregone conclusion, box ticking exercise as on three occasions the contractor already doing the job got appointed permanently into that position, even though it said it was a development position they already expected you to be able to perform and 110%, which I expect they were familiar with the current postholder and did not want to take risks and give job to long standing employee looking for promotion.
