AI interview for the first round that was behavioral but pretty specific and not a fun experience. Think we all prefer speaking to a real person. Decently hard to come up with examples in the moment as they were not prototypical behavioral questions.

My resume passed the AI screening. Then, I was invited to a hireview interview (and given only 5 days to complete it), which was stated to be evaluated by a LLM. I had the opportunity to answer 6 interview questions and to play a game where I determined if two or more blocks were the same or not. I was rejected less than 24 hours after completing the hireview interview.

Started with an initial application then got sent a few skills assessments and had to complete a pre recorded interview. After passing those you get invited for a final interview to decide offers.
