I was in interviewed one on one. I first was explained the program and then given a chance to ask questions. This was followed by a few behavior questions and then a few technical questions. The process was very relaxed. After the questions I was taken on a tour of the "campus." I am waiting to hear about a second round interview. The office environment was very informal. Everyone works in cubicles, apparently even the C.E.O. and people come to work in flip flops, shorts, and a t-shirt.
