A long-drawn-out process. You have an interview with the hiring manager, then have to complete an assignment then interview with the team you will be working with. The next interview will be with the department head. I do feel like they steal your ideas from the hiring assignments.

I applied online and received an invitation to do a video interview two weeks later. After that, I was asked to complete an assignment with similar duties to the job. My final stage was talking with the Director of the department over the phone.
