Everything is competency based using the civil service competency framework. I had to come up with 4 examples under headings provided by them in my application and then submit the application. The interview was very similar although I could have done with the people conducting the interview to ask probing questions to get the best out me as the feedback I received was that I did not elaborate enough in some of my responses.
