Contacted through a recruiter on Seek.com.au First round was a short phone interview with the incumbent and senior manager at NPA. Very quick and casual. A lot of superficial information supplied that needed further details and clarification. On site interview was with the supervisor for the position and third party consultant. One hour with classic situational interview questions that were very reasonable. Organization appeared very academic. It seemed process was more important than outcome.
