Initial screening phone call with HR/internal recruiter; short Teams interview with a 3-person panel; full-day on-site interview of 1:1 or 2:1 meetings, 1 hr research talk, lab tour, and lunch with the group. Received verbal offer around 2 weeks later.

The first interview was a phone interview. This was followed by an on-site interview that ran, literally for the whole day. The interview consisted of a seminar presentation, and one-on-one, sit down interviews with four of the senior researchers and chit chats with some post docs.
