Easy and they talk alot, i would say the hardest part was there was many people in the call. I would definitaly recommend to prepare before hand on coding if you are applying to a coding base job.

Phone interview. Super easy. Was barely any technical at all. Motly just basic questions. Don’t sweat it. Only had the one interview on the phone. It was just a researcher not a manager who interviewed me.

There are pretty easy questions in the phone screening. Once you pass that, you do an in-person (or virtual) one. The in-person interview was almost exactly an hour long and the staff seemed very interested in myself and my background.
