Interview is okay. They just want to know more about you and why you applied for the role, especially if you are from a different field. Interviewed by one HR and one from IRO department. There will be a background check prior to the interview.

There were 3 rounds (I) Get-To-Know with a HR Executive; (II) Physical Interview with Unionist + HR; (III) Group Interview with HR + Director Whole process was relatively quick, settled within a month. Questions were not necessarily easy but very manageable if you are well read and passionate about helping Singaporeans and workers.
