Absolutely awful interview. The manager was going to be new to the role and literally knew NOTHING about Career Services or it's important in student development. She was very arrogant and would NOT be a good manager in my opinion. The other individuals im the interview were very kind however but seemed newer to the university. I had 8+ years of Higher Education Career Services experience and was offered the role as THIRD SHIFT with a VERY low salary offer... it was a slap in the face and clear that this was not the place for me.
