The interview was after a walk-in regarding a hiring optician sign. I had applied online previously as well. Was interviewed the next day, and was told my background and skillset better fit a lab tech position. I agreed to an interview with the lab manager. I was called on my way home and offered the job based on my machining and engineering background. Pay was kept lower at my request until a specific future date we agreed in writing it would be increased. The date came and went with no increase. Disappointed with lack of follow through.
