There were multiple interviews - 8 total. Interviewed with current team manager and team manager in sales. Then interviewed with director on the phone, And two different Vice Presidents to see if I was a good fit. I also shadowed for two hours with the team to see if I liked the role before moving forward.
There is only one interview. But the process is very slow. It could take months to get an interview. Then, months to hear back. After that, it's background check. So be prepared.
