The recruiter was wonderful. She conducted a phone screen and advised of next steps. During the three month ordeal, I was updated on the status. The process was absolutely horrible. Approximately two months after applying online, I was interviewed by the VP. She proudly informed me that the process was just beginning. Moving forward, the process did not follow her outline. Overall, I was disappointed in the process and I lost interest in the actual job and company. In the end, I did not care that they went with another candidate. It was a win-win. We were not a fit!
