Very straightforward. Expectations are clearly set. The company is excellent and therefore requires responsible people. The work requires practice, patience, and focus. The training class is one's opportunity to gather as much information as you can. Once on the work floor there is still help, but try not to forget that they (company) have expectations from you as well.
