The interview process is an hour, 30 minutes meeting with 2-3 Supervisors and a few current employees, and 30 minutes shadowing an employee on the floor. I appreciated this because it gave me an accurate perspective of exactly what I was getting into. It was nice to chat with a current employee and get the real truth about what it's like to work at Nationwide Financial.
