Started off with an in person interview with 2 managers in the department who were very pleasant. They asked about job history, questions regarding how I manage change, they asked what my current manager would say my 2 biggest strengths are & one thing I’m working on.
Received an email later that day after the interview requesting a second interview with 2 directors via Skype.
Did the Skype interview the next day however there was only one director.
She explained the difference in my current role at my current company versus theirs, since I am currently in total loss. She asked similar questions to the 2 managers who I had interviewed with.
The interview with the managers was about 30-45 minutes, the director interview was about 20 minutes.
Two things they are/were looking for in this role is someone who handles change well & good time management.

STAR Interview process, the managers interviewed all the adjusters. I had a recruiter contact me and after that I had the interview within a few days. The interview questions were based on my past experiences as well as how I would handle difficult customers.
