I submitted an online application and was contacted about two weeks later by a recruiter. From there, a video interview was scheduled one week later and I was provided a clear timeframe to expect a decision in two weeks.

They are going through a rigid list of preset questions that makes you feel like you are in an interrogation rather than an interview. Your answers are expected to be presented in the STAR format: S - Situation, T - Task, A - Action, R - Results. There were two people in the room and one person on the phone during the interview. I did not feel as if I clicked with any of them. Even though I consider myself a strong interview candidate, I left feeling that I had not impressed them in the slightest. This operation was being relocated to the Des Moines offices and several jobs were coming from Tennessee. The interviewer was almost antagonistic with me from the start and it didn't get much better from there.
