I was in need of work experience so I emailed a lot of different insurance franchises in my area. Nationwide got back to me very quickly expressing their interest in hiring a part-time intern, they scheduled me to come in and interview the week after we connected on the phone. The interview was very informal, it was more like they were just telling me about the job.
The whole process was super straight forward. It had two rounds, first round was typical questions. The second one was more technical, and asking questions about what you would do in certain situations.
long and complex for a internship that was pretty much auto hire. Interviewer was nice but they are trying go get you to sell insurance and other products to friends and family.
It was not that bad, this was a part-time position as a data science intern working in the Enterprise analytics office. Morever, there were two interview one with the team lead and the other with the recruiter(initial phone screen).
