The process was far too swift and abrupt. I had an initial interview with two associates/managers thinking that there would be at least an additional interview. The job and responsibilities were not clear. After one 30 minute interview I was hired. It was uncomfortable but I decided to take the position. Onboarding was even worse without a clear understanding of my role.
