Phone interview w HR. Interview with two AVP's. Was told that I was one of top two by someone in HR. NO follow up - I had to do the follow up and call myself . NW HR sucks.

I've spoken to recruiters and have been interviewed numerous times over the last few months. The interviews are pretty straight forward in terms of asking about background, skills, etc. However, the salary range is never consistent with what is posted. For example, posting may say 55-100k. However the recruiter will say 55-65k. Please change this to reflect the target salary of the job posted...not a range. This wastes not only my time, but the recruiters as well.
