Lengthy to the point that it may take months just to get called back for a second or third interview or be offered the position. The group interview was tedious and a waste of time when given by individuals who did not seem qualified for the position they were interviewing me for. Asked the interviewers questions about the politics, work environment, and culture. The answers were canned or did not answer the questions. Some answers were circular or incoherent. In the end I declined to proceed due to the issues listed above.
