It's complicated to pass their demo, had 4 attempts already. They're very strict with their lesson flow and must follow each word from the scripts which is absolutely unrealistic in most cases.

I believe this company has the easiest interview process. They are not that strict though and the interviewers are very much accommodating and considerate unlike other online ESL companies which are much more complicated.
