I was told it would be a 15-minute interview. He asked me 2 questions: my expected salary and program experience. I asked 3: what exactly would I be doing, who would I work with, is this a family-owned company. He gave short and cold responses. The call ended after 6 minutes. Then he linked with me on Linkedin and made a comment about how "you can teach someone if they don't have software skills but you can't teach them interpersonal skills" I had already seen negative reviews on Glassdoor and this brief encounter only seemed to enforce it.
