Interview was done on-site at the Naval Base I ended up working for. The questions are not technical base. They focus on your resume and mostly ask questions with regards to work ethic and behavior

Interview conducted mostly involved behavioral questions, such as scheduling and management situations. There were no technical questions conducted when the first interview was conducted. The interview was also informal, although proper interview attire is still expected.
