The interview process was a recruiter screen, hiring manager interview, and a virtual onsite with four separate team members. After investing hours interviewing and preparing, the company completely ghosted me after the final round. I followed up with the recruiter for an update and never received a response. It has now been almost two months since my onsite interview. Dragging candidates through multiple rounds only to disappear without the professionalism of a simple update or rejection email is incredibly disrespectful and speaks volumes about how the company values people’s time. If this is how candidates are treated during the hiring process, I can only imagine what the internal culture is like.
