Comical insanity waste of time. Recruiter reached out to me & i agreed to meet. Scheduled 1st call, emailed me 10mins before he couldn’t make it. Upon not making it, he proposed a new time later in the week. I agreed. The following day (one day prior to interview) I asked for confirmation and the link to be updated. Hours later updated w the wrong time. Why is it the prospective employees job to reach out multiple times to their recruiters highlighting base line errors with calendar invites and re scheduling a set plan. It’s disrespectful & embarrassing for their company. Navans goal is to save business time and money. Upon INTIAL reach out from a recruiter, they don’t uphold these standards. A joke.
