There are several steps. First was a quick phone screen, and then an in person at the office in Sandy, UT. They have you do a caliper test to determine your fit for the role. Best to just be honest on this, as it can actually work against you if you are not. Then they have you sit and listen to a few calls that AE's and recruiters are having with candidates. Then you meet with the owners and have an informal discussion on your background and thoughts on what you have heard. Hint. Ask a lot of questions. They like questions.
Then they show you around the office and sometimes have you meet with the team you would be joining.
Then they have one last interview over lunch. This is your chance to close the deal.

Exhaustive, first you have a phone screen, then you come in and take the Wonderlik test. Then you come back for a panel interview, and take other personality and cognitive tests. After all of this that take you and your spouse(there are no single people in the account executive roll) out to lunch you interview your spouse as well.
