The interview was very fun and professional. Interviewer was energetic and outgoing. We listened to a call and then shared our thoughts and feedbacks. Overall the interview was one that I will never forget.

I spoke with HR & answered basic questions about who I am, past experience, why did I apply, etc. I did not have the desire to continue forth with the interview process due to finding a better opportunity elsewhere.

Was interviewed by a recruitment agency by phone, then did a zoom group interview with the director of counseling services and the department trainer. The interview involved listening to a recorded call to give an idea of a typical day. The interviewers asked many unique questions, not just the typical, "what are your greatest strengths and weaknesses" type of questions. Was offered a position the same day. Several weeks of training was provided on the start date including several weeks of call shadowing before starting on my own.
