Interviewed as an internal candidate. First communication was a brief phone call/interview with someone who was already a Business Analyst. Second communication was another phone interview with the position's supervisor. Third interview was face-to-face with supervisor again. Third interview was more casual than the first and second as it was mainly to discuss the position and direction of the department.
