I am very surprised that they didn't inform me they were no longer interested in pursuing my candidacy. Funny thing the role is constantly being re-advertised and I am receiving email communications from them advertising the role and asking me to apply for the role (stating my background is a good fit). There is a serious disconnect in this organization and it lacks transparency, professionalism, and it appears to be ethical leadership.
