I was called 3 days after a applying by the management to interview on Wednesday on the following week. I came inside the branch and sat in the waiting area to be called to interview. Once called it was a panel interview between the management team and senior msrs. They had a list of questions about my teller experience and previous customer service experience. The process itself was very simple sweet and to the point. I even thought the questions were more mild in comparison to what I was preparing myself for. I thought they would ask about write ups or out of balances but they kept it very mild.

The interview process was great. Went fairly quickly and wasn't nerve-wracking at all. I had very good interviewers. It lasted for approximately 45 minutes. They explained everything to me as best as possible. Be sure you have questions to ask because they do like that.

Behavioral based questions, be ready to answer questions with story examples. One interview with manager and asst manager, 4 weeks total. I accepted and started 2 weeks later. Overall was a great experience.
