A recruiter reached out to me a few days after I completed the online application. He interviewed me and we had a great 20 minute phone conversation. He educated me on the company and told me about his work history with the company as well as some of the key points about the company. I did well so he let me know in an email that I will be interviewed by two other employees of the company. A week later I was interviewed on face-time by two branch managers for about 45 mins.

The hiring process started with two online assessments, followed by a phone screening interview from one of the recruiters (The gap between these two events was almost a month). After completing those, I moved to an in-person interview with a panel of two people. The interviewers asked behavioral questions, taking detailed notes throughout the session. They mentioned that the timeline for a decision might "take too long". However, it has now been over a month since my interview without any further communication. Despite my portal status still showing as 'Interviewing,' I haven't received a call or email update. While the initial stages were well-organized, the lack of follow-through after the in-person stage is kind of worrisome.
