I applied online and received an email about a week later containing a virtual assessment that went over different scenarios as a teller. It ends by asking two behavioral questions where you have to call in and record your responses. The very next day I received a call from the branch manager inviting me for a face to face interview. I sat with him and an assistant manager. All the interview questions that everyone has been posting about are completely accurate...word for word. They are literally reading the questions off a piece of paper.

After completing those, I moved to an in-person interview with a panel of two people. The interviewers asked behavioral questions, taking detailed notes throughout the session. They mentioned that the timeline for a decision might "take too long". However, it has now been over a month since my interview without any further communication. Despite my portal status still showing as 'Interviewing,' I haven't received a call or email update. While the initial stages were well-organized, the lack of follow-through after the in-person stage is kind of worrisome.
