I worked with a recruiter from military spouse hiring fair, applied online for positions, and informed them what positions, they sent an assessment and 3 weeks later I was called for an interview, when I left they sent a background check authorization,next day I received offer. All questions in interview were behavioral based questions , be specific use STAR method when reaponding and keep good eye contact and confidence! Three employees conducted interview.

The hiring process started with two online assessments, followed by a phone screening interview from one of the recruiters (The gap between these two events was almost a month). After completing those, I moved to an in-person interview with a panel of two people. The interviewers asked behavioral questions, taking detailed notes throughout the session. They mentioned that the timeline for a decision might "take too long". However, it has now been over a month since my interview without any further communication. Despite my portal status still showing as 'Interviewing,' I haven't received a call or email update. While the initial stages were well-organized, the lack of follow-through after the in-person stage is kind of worrisome.
