Interviewed with 2 supervisor and was asked to write an essay as a form of assessment. Overall experience was a good one no pressure and less stress, job duties were described effectively and expectations were shared during the interview. Didn't have experience in mortgage default but had a lot of banking experience.

I applied online through the NFCU website. A week later a recruiter reached out and set up the interview. Interviewed virtually with a panel of 4 supervisors from mortgage default.
