Had a friend who worked there and he warned me that he left because of the new people they hired. I thought maybe that does not apply to me. One person during the interview (with whom I would have to work together) was fresh out of college. He insulted on my work in past companies, saying that's school projects, bragged about him going through private school, and asked me if I knew some random facts about helicopters he read in instructions manual. He never actually took lessons (I have 20 hours on simulator and attended flight school). Really, why don't you just say you don't like me for whatever reason so that I don't waste my day with you.
