I got reached out by the Managing Partner via LinkedIn. When I joined him on the call, however, he was unprepared and didn't even know what position I was interviewing for. I then explained my background and he seemed interested. We ended the call with the intention of scheduling a follow-up call, which never happened, not even a message or email.
