This pertains to the Healthcare department: There's an initial invitation that covers typical get to know you topics. Then there is an additional invite where you are asked to complete two problems using your favourite programming language. This is used to identify your seniority and problem solving skill. The results will then be discussed with you. A third invite will be used to discuss employment terms and salary. Nedap uses a collective salary agreement that has predefined salary levers in there. Essentially you are agreeing to your level to sign the contract. In general you are meeting your direct colleagues, as the company is not very hierarchical, but this lack of structure can also cause delays between invites. Be prepared for a longer than usual interview process.
