It's a longform and extremely personalised interview. You would initially have a pretty formal interview with the HR manager, and then passed on to a fair number of senior level management executives according to the role you're applying for. In the HR round, there would be written tests in case you are applying for one that requires writing skills and coding tests in case its a developer job you seek. Your success at the interview depends on the quality of your writing, and then later, based on the rapport you have with the senior level executives. Be warned as this could go on for hours, my own interview ended up going on for 6 hours long but I did walk out with a confirmation letter.
