Well, when they called I specified that I was a Practitioner and not a licensed counselor. I love the field and wanted to work part-time. They said it is a grant position, I know of this grant. Finally the interview asked me if I could create programs. My past experience I built a site with programs for adults. I did not know that there was not one in place here.

The usual ones that all counselors answer. Methodology, Clinical experience, Application of Theory, populations attended on and essence of multiculturalism. Paper work, computer knowledge, doing work with least bit of supervision. Knowledge of substance abuse, family dynamics in treatment.
