Initial interview was with recruiter and then immediately with the hiring manager. From there, they conducted three interviews with colleagues and then back with the hiring manager to do a "deeper dive" into my experience. The hiring manager was a no show on my final interview. After reaching out, he scheduled a shorter slot the following day because he "owed me the opportunity to talk". That final interview started with "What questions do you have for me?" and that's about where it stayed. There was no deep dive and it was clear minds were already made up. I was kept waiting for an additional 10 days before a decision was made via automated Workday notification.
