Submitted my online application then a few days later I received a what it looked like an automated email request for a phone interview that was addressed to the wrong name. I overlooked that so I scheduled the phone interview with the hiring manager. Hiring manager then called me a few days later for a phone interview in which she talked faster than the speed of light and barely gave me time to speak. Given my experience, I answered all her questions properly and in a professional manner. She then told me that I'd hear back within 2 days. Never heard back a word. Quite unprofessional!

A no pressure interview process having the HR team member reach out and vet and then talking to the departmental staff. Should be an industry standard in the way an agency performs an interview.
