Applied online and the first round was scheduled within 10 days which was a telephonic round for about 45 minutes. HR failed to give a follow-up even after multiple emails. Being in the digital world we expect a better follow-up from NP Digital.

Interviews took place in early December 2024. The actual interview process was very positive. Interviews were not difficult and everyone I spoke with from the recruiter to the hiring manager to the team I would have been working with was really pleasant. However, after what was what they told me was a final interview, they ghosted me. I followed up with them about four days after my final interview and once right after the new year, and they did not respond to those emails. Very disappointing, as the interview process had been positive and I would have been perfectly fine with even the simplest of rejection letters and its always nice to get some closure.
