Met once with the Team at Cherry Creek Mall. They seemed nice and made me an offer.... then asked me to take drug test.
I tested positive for pot (which is legal here in Colorado). I don't smoke pot but its everywhere, getting it in your system from second hand is easy.
Dont bother applying for their jobs in Colorado. If you have any sort of social life, you WILL test positive.
This was a virtual interview with recruiter. The next step would have been with a local sales manager but our schedules did not align so I did not continue the process.

Can you tell us about your experience satisfying customers?
Simple and straightforward, questions about my experience, why I want to work there, etc. Then, more specific questions about my sales background. There were no trick questions really. It was just straight to the point.
I had a virtual interview with a recruiter after applying and invited to online hiring fair. Discussed background, asked about commitment and availability as well as applicable skills and background. Was looking for a seasonal position, and none were available yet.
