Interview process is easy. You don't need sales experience you just need to know how to work and communicate with people. I would suggest applying for an interview at neiman Marcus

Turned resume in person and was asked to apply online. Met and interviewed with department manager and assistant general manager. The online application took a while to fill out and then there was also an assessment to take as well. Pretty easy but time consuming like most applications. The process was pretty smooth sailing and there was roughly a month from when I walked in to turn in my resume to my first training day.
