There were two interviews. The first one with the Assistant manager and the second with the store manager. This can take place within the same day. The first interview is a screening to see if you're good for the team. The second interview is mainly learning about the company and the culture of the company.

What is the most important thing working in the store?
This was a virtual interview with recruiter. The next step would have been with a local sales manager but our schedules did not align so I did not continue the process.

Can you tell us about your experience satisfying customers?
Simple and straightforward, questions about my experience, why I want to work there, etc. Then, more specific questions about my sales background. There were no trick questions really. It was just straight to the point.
I had a virtual interview with a recruiter after applying and invited to online hiring fair. Discussed background, asked about commitment and availability as well as applicable skills and background. Was looking for a seasonal position, and none were available yet.
