The HR person said I was too assertive. I thought that was odd considering it was a sales position. I had to email and call just to follow up on our conversations about the position and required paperwork. I found the management to be very lackadaisical.

What are your sales numbers with your former employers?
This was a virtual interview with recruiter. The next step would have been with a local sales manager but our schedules did not align so I did not continue the process.

Can you tell us about your experience satisfying customers?
Simple and straightforward, questions about my experience, why I want to work there, etc. Then, more specific questions about my sales background. There were no trick questions really. It was just straight to the point.
