Initial communication was through a recruiter who works very closely with the organization. After the initial communication, little was heard for many weeks. Eventually a video call interview was setup to meet with the hiring manager. After that, an onsite interview was setup to meet with various people both in 1-on-1 sessions and panel type forums. Met with many different relevant groups within the organization and spoke to people at all levels and employment lengths. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating.
