The interview process was quick and very informative. I was able to ask questions and received clear answers so as to not have any confusion about the position I was applying for.

The job posting I applied to said that the medical assistant I position did not require any prior experience and stated it was an “entry level position.” I have a phlebotomy certification and I was offered a virtual interview, with my resume showing that I did not have any medical assistant experience, but when I joined the virtual interview, they rejected me within 5 minutes because I didn’t have any experience. It felt like a joke
